Unified Email Account


As we are going more and more for a digital India, Email is becoming one of the primary identification and communication mechanism. My suggestion is to create an Govt managed Email platform, that creates email ids for citizens based on their Aadhar card no. for Example 123456789123@india.gov.in. This should be the primary mail id for all bank transactions, govt. transaction by default, which can work not only as a primary identification but also as the primary and official communication. The easiest and most accurate way to communicate to the whole nation (if needed so).

what Positive change your Suggestion will bring: 
There can be many benefits.
1. Unified and accurate mechanism to reach citizens of India
2. Solves the banking MDM problem. Now a same user registered with different mail ids, and different address in the same bank and banks are struggling to solve it.
3. By using aadhar as a mail id, you solve the problem of sending right communication to the right person (on a average day I get 10 mails from different banks meant for others because I have a very common name).
4. Easiest way for Income Tax department to track someone and communicate
5. Many other use cases will evolve as we go ahead

How to Implement:  The implementation should be simple. It should be done by the UIDAI department. Its all about creating an Official Govt. Email Platform.
